Honeycomb board composite scaffold pedal is a kind of sandwich board product, which is made of high strength, high rigidity and high toughness continuous glass fiber mixed with thermoplastic resin outer skin as the core, and polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core by continuous thermal composite process.

1. Light weight due to the special honeycomb structure, the volume density of honeycomb board is very small and the weight is very light. Taking 12mm honeycomb panel as an example, the weight can be designed as 4kg / m2.

2. High strength, good outer skin strength, impact resistance of core material, high overall stiffness, and resistance to large physical stress impact and damage

3. Waterproof, moisture-proof, good sealing, and do not use glue in the production process. Therefore, in the process of use, there is no need to worry about the impact of long-term outdoor use of rain and humidity, which is the unique difference between the material and wood board.

4. Strong weather resistance, wide temperature range, between - 40 ℃ to + 80 ℃, can adapt to most climatic conditions

5. Strong resistance to chemical attack, strong resistance to grease, salt water and common chemicals, and good insulation

6. All the raw materials can be recycled and reused, which has no impact on the environment.

Length: unlimited in theory, can be customized according to customer requirements

Thickness: 8mm-50mm, color and surface condition: white or black, black as pedal. There are pits on the surface to achieve anti-skid effect
